The first thing you need to know is that Instrumatics will remain open for business in a limited capacity, as an Essential Supply Chain to support Food manufacture, Utilities/Communications, Health, Primary Industries, Science and Refrigerated Transport.
We regard our clients as an extension of our teams and appreciate your continued support of our overall business and sales teams. Given the current circumstances and to limit the spread of COVID-19, we are implementing the following protocols effective 25th March 2020.
• We encourage the use of phone, email, messaging and video call wherever possible to conduct daily business.
• The company will be able to dispatch and accept the delivery of goods via courier or personal pickup/drop off. Please where possible call ahead to ensure the office is in a position to handle the goods and apply the appropriate separation protocols.
We ask that for those of you with current orders in our system to please confirm that you will be open to receive these orders as an essential service to yourselves or advise otherwise.
