ENSITU 7000 O2 - Transmitter Probe

Decades of experience in design and construction of highest quality analyzers have resulted in the ENSITU® 7000, a budget friendly O2 transmitter probe, made by ENOTEC.

Being able to withstand high flue gas temperatures up to 600°C and high dust loads, the ENSITU® 7000 allows a fast and continuous measurement.

Highly versatile and robust, the new ENOTEC analyzer is the ideal solution for process control in small to medium sized boilers, using all applicable fuels such as gas, oil and coal.

The ENSITU® 7000 works out of the box, needing no calibration or instrument air supply. ENSITU® 7000 measures InSitu: diffusion takes place through the large filter with v-shield. Flue gas extraction and conditioning is not necessary.

Installation takes a matter of minutes: Install using an industry standard flange, power up and measure. Available in 3 lengths, the ENSITU® 7000 is designed for easy integration in existing boiler concepts.

COMTEC O2 / COe Analyzers

COe refers to the sum of unburned molecules - carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (CxHy) and hydrogen (H2). Unburned molecules and oxygen molecules need to be measured in order to analyze the quality of combustion.

High COe values are an indicator for inefficient, climate harmful and plant hostile process control. From a safety point of view, monitoring the COe values can also be used for recognition of smouldering fires.

The COMTEC® 6000 is an InSitu analyzer for measurement of oxygen and COe in flue and process gases for dual measurement in real time. This is achieved by combining the MXP sensor for COe measurement with the technology of MLT sensor which measures oxygen content. The COMTEC® 6000 ensures combustion optimization by enabling the operator to fine tune his combustion process.

OXITEC O2 Analyzers

Safe and efficient combustion process require fast and exact O2 measurement. The oxygen concentration after combustion is the parameter which needs to be controlled.

Low excess O2 is an indicator of an incomplete combustion. High excess O2 results in higher fuel usage as the volume of excess air is heated up unnecessarily.

Durable oxygen analyzers for exact and fast process control. The OXITEC® 5000 oxygen analyzer is developed and manufactured in Germany by ENOTEC.

The rugged OXITEC® 5000 GasEx analyzers provide safe and reliable InSitu O2 measurements.

The extractive OXITEC® 500E analyzer in a 19 " rack for installation in analyzer cabinets was developed for continuous O2 measurement and contains the same sensor technology used in the proven OXITEC® 5000 InSitu oxygen analyzers.
